Fresh New Homes Now Ready to Tour!

It's been a long time coming! We now have a selection of new homes on Meadow Creek Lane ready to tour. Though not quite finished, several new homes are taking shape. We've also updated our interior finishes: We're using maple kitchen cabinets in a medium cherrytone stain or an espresso-color stain. Maple hardwood floors can be found in kitchens and dining rooms in a natural stain or a medium cherrytone stain. Our light fixtures, faucets and other hardware are a brushed-nickel or stainless steel finish. Baths now come with ceramic tile and larger homes have double sinks in the master bath. Where possible, half baths are roughed-in in unfinished basements. What we haven't changed is the quality you've come to expect from Wolfe Development. We're here for the long run, so of course we still provide a one-year warranty on workmanship and materials, a two-year systems warranty and a 10-year structural warranty.
